The inventory level today slipped to 10,960 from 11,866 a couple days ago.  This is for single family homes only in Las Vegas and Henderson.
6,398 of the 10,960  are short sales. 

8925 (5699 Contingent and 3225 Pending) homes are in escrow at the present time.  5811 of the 8925 in escrow are short sales that might not happen. 

Closing for March for re-sale market were 2964 (single family homes).  498 homes ( single family re-sales)  have closed so far this month.   Each day I check the multiple listing service.  The last few months, the inventory level has been dropping.  For those of you that look at my site each day www.newhomesanthem.com, you will see the inventory level in the top right hand corner.  This is important to watch.
