Why register to see homes on my site? I have made several changes recently that will assist you in selecting homes. First of all you will only see homes that are available on my site. No contingent homes or Pending, only available homes. Most of the other sites you will be weeding through 11,000+ homes that are already in escrow but not closed. They are not available! Jim and I work with out-of-the-area homebuyers on a daily basis. We are prepared to make your home search much easier. If you are just looking around, that's ok too. Look at your leasure. Why use my site when there are thousands of others? You will only see homes that are available on my site. Most other sites show 12,000+ homes that are already under contract. These homes are not available! We are very experienced in new homes sales as well as re-sales in the valley. Our services are FREE! Sellers pay our commission.
